| Cure Pace is a network of community-based oncology practices that gather waste serum, plasma, whole blood and bone marrow specimens. Oncology Metrics acquires specimens and corresponding longitudinal electronic medical records for research and drug development organizations. All specimens are fully consented, include a patient’s longitudinal electronic medical record and are under Investigational Review Board (IRB)-approved research protocols. Oncology Metrics reimburses Cure Pace Members for the effort required to collect specimens and corresponding longitudinal electronic medical record information. Cure Pace Members contribute to the development of improved diagnostics and treatments for cancer patients. |

| Oncology Metrics believes that Members of the Cure Pace Network will help accelerate the discovery of better diagnostic and treatment options. Oncology Metrics is seeking additional qualified clinical locations to participate in the procurement of these samples.
