| Member Requirements |

| A practice with four or more medical oncologists is invited to join the Oncology Circle by Oncology Metrics, frequently at the suggestion of existing Oncology Circle Members. One Member is permitted from any given metropolitan division within the same metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Each Member practice is required to contribute business and operational information and each receives an Annual Circle Assessment which not only benchmarks the practice in comparison to nationally published data, but also, and more importantly, to the other Members of the Circle. Each Member also agrees to have business and physician leadership attend and participate in two Member meetings per year. |
