| FAQ |
| How do I join Oncology Circle? |
| Any practice interested in joining Oncology Circle should contact Oncology Metrics. |
| Are there any costs associated with Membership in Oncology Circle? |
| Oncology Metrics provides Membership to Oncology Circle at no cost to its Member’s practices. In exchange for providing data, oncology practices become Members. |
| What are the Membership requirements? |
| A practice with four or more medical oncologists is invited to join the Oncology Circle by Oncology Metrics, frequently at the suggestion of existing Oncology Circle Members. One Member is permitted from any given metropolitan division within the same metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Each Member practice is required to contribute business and operational information and each receives an Annual Circle Assessment which not only benchmarks the practice in comparison to nationally published data, but also, and more importantly, to the other members of the Circle. Each Member also agrees to have business and physician leadership attend and participate in two Member meetings per year. |
| Is this relationship exclusive? |
| No, member practices are not required to pick a single group purchasing organization (GPO) and/or distributor. There are no inducements to encourage the use of any technology, vender, single drug or class of drug. The Oncology Metrics relationship is non-exclusive; Members can share their data with other companies if they choose to do so. |
| What are the benefits to Membership in Oncology Circle? |
| Oncology Metrics aggregates practice management and financial information from Oncology Circle Members and provides benchmarking services to enable Members to improve their operational and financial performance. |
| The services Oncology Metrics provides to its Oncology Circle Members enable Members to turn data from their practice management system into actionable information. Oncology Metrics helps Circle Members decide where and how to improve clinical, business and financial aspects of their practice by providing actionable information and objective measurements about coding patterns, procedure frequencies, productivity, cost, staffing patters, recruitment and retention. This corporate-grade knowledge is provided without the corporate overhead.

| The cornerstone of Oncology Metrics' approach is to promote discovery and adoption of best practices. Oncology Metrics does this by providing Oncology Circle Members with an Annual Circle Assessment and by hosting bi-annual meetings for Members. During these meetings, physician and administrative thought leaders who share common challenges and opportunities interact in a non-competitive and non-threatening environment.

| Is the information regarding my practice kept confidential? |
| Yes, Oncology Metrics compiles a comprehensive analysis of each Members’ performance benchmarked against other practices. The identity of each individual practice is confidential and the data is always blinded and fully HIPAA compliant. |
