| At Oncology Metrics, we are committed to helping accelerate advancements in the treatment of cancer. We have compiled a team of professionals who have spent years in the management of and service to community oncology and who are passionate about working together with oncologists and industry to improve cancer outcomes. |

| For the oncology community, the cornerstone of our approach is to promote the discovery and adoption of best practices; we believe this cornerstone will lead to better patient care. Today community-based oncology centers are expanding from centers that provide chemotherapy services to centers that offer a full compliment of cancer services, including radiation, imaging, surgery and chemotherapy. Through our Oncology Circle Network we aggregate practice management and financial information and provide benchmarking services to enable members to improve their operational and financial performance and to help practices learn from their peers the best way to grow. |

| We also believe that the future of cancer management includes individualized diagnostics and therapeutics. Clinical research companies are investing billions to understand cancer at the genetic level in an attempt to develop diagnostics and therapeutics targeted at a specific patient’s cancer. Through our Cure Pace Network, we provide access to samples and corresponding longitudinal medical records from cancer patients to help researchers in this quest. |

| Through our Data Direct Network we aggregate and access clinical, practice management and financial information. We analyze these data and produce knowledge-based services that help practices improve their operational and financial performance and industry develop more individualized diagnostics and treatments. |
