| What are the Data Direct Membership requirements? |
| Data Direct is a collaborative knowledge-sharing network of professionally-managed, physician-owned oncology practices. Practices with electronic billing and collection systems and/or medical records are eligible for participation. Any practice interested in membership should contact Oncology Metrics. |

| What are the benefits of Membership? |
| Oncology Metrics provides Data Direct Members with an Assessment Report that provides clinical benchmarking data. This report: |

- Provides an external reporting mechanism for a practice's internal quality improvement program
- Allows practices to objectively distinguish themselves with payors as a practice with a quality improvement program in place
- Prepares Members for the Medicare-driven quality reporting initiatives such as the PQRI which launched in July 2007
- Is the only forum to allow face-to-face discovery and hypothesis generation between peers in community oncology

| What is the Membership fee? |
| Oncology Metrics provides services to Data Direct Members at no cost by aggregating data and providing knowledge-based products and services to industry through its collaboration with Surveillance Data Incorporated (SDI). |
