| Data Direct Assessment Report |
|
| The Data Direct Assessment Report provides an external reporting mechanism for a practice's own internal quality improvement program. This report allows practices to objectively distinguish themselves from other practices in their market with payors as a practice with a quality improvement program in place. It also prepares practices for Medicare-driven quality reporting initiatives such as the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (www.cms.hhs.gov/pqri) which launched in July 2007.
