| Dr. Jordan, a practicing medical oncologist in Forth Worth, Texas and the President of The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, is a founder of Oncology Metrics as well as the Chief Medical Officer. He received his fellowship training in oncology at M.D. Anderson Hospital, and is board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. Long a proponent of advanced clinical information systems, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of iKnowMed, Inc. in 1999 and 2000. In 1998, his practice was the first multi-clinic site to deploy iKnowChart®. In 2000, Dr. Jordan’s practice was selected by the Medical Group Management Association as being among only four of 350 surveyed practices to achieve recognition in three or more areas: productivity, capacity and staffing. The practice was also recognized in 2005 for clinical excellence by the American Board of Internal Medicine Foundation for clinical quality initiatives. Dr. Jordan has been active in both the business management and clinical development of his award-winning practice. |
